The Mandatory Accreditation Programme Part II: Leading for Impact (LIP) is an initiative under the Securities Commission Malaysia's Corporate Governance Strategic Priorities 2021-2023, which aims to provide directors with the foundation to address sustainability risks and opportunities effectively, and have better oversight over their companies' material sustainability matters.

Directors of Main and ACE companies listed on Bursa Malaysia are required to attend LIP pursuant to Bursa Malaysia's Listing Requirements.

This programme welcomes directors from all company categories (both listed and non-listed), as well as senior management seeking to deepen their leadership impact.
